How to make gyoza/dumpling wrapper with Thermomix.






I've decided to make homemade dumplings.
I love thicker dumpling skin.
Of course, you can make them thinner.

Here are the ingredients for dumplings skin/wrapper.

2cups all-purpose flour

1/2cup, 1/4cup, 1 tbsp of water -divided into three parts.

1/4 tsp salt




Mix the dough with Thermomix.

1. Pour all ingredients into the TM bowl (except water)

2. Followed by water ( divide into three parts )
1st part - 1/2 cup

3. Close the lid, in speed 2, kneading mode Dough mode

4. Continue with 
2nd part - 1/4cup 
1 tbsp water 
Before 2 minutes.

Chocolate Cake - without butter / without mixer

My birthday is coming soon!
So I decided to bake a cake for myself!
Since it's MCO still, and I prefer my home bake cakes.

My birthday is on 29th April.
I baked the cake today which is 27th April , keep in the frige for a night, 28th April decorate it and I am ready to celebrate my birthday on 29th!

You can bake this cake without a mixer, and the best is without butter.
Simple ingredients & simple steps!

If you don't like chocolate, you can just proceed to vanilla will do ( without adding cocoa powder )

Here are the ingredients:

2cups of all-purpose flour / plain flour
1cup of milk ( warm / room temperature )
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of brown sugar / granulated sugar - I reduce the sugar level, you can put 1 cup & 1/2cup of sugar
1/2cup of dark cocoa powder 
1tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
4 whole eggs


Steps:
1. Separate the dry ingredients & wet ingredients.

2. Strain the dry ingredients in a clean bowl such as flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder.

3. Add in the wet ingredients such as milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.

4. Whisk them with a balloon whisk until all combine into a smooth batter.

5. Preheat your oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.

6. Bake your cake/muffins at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

You are done!
