I've decided to make homemade dumplings.
I love thicker dumpling skin.
Of course, you can make them thinner.
Here are the ingredients for dumplings skin/wrapper.
2cups all-purpose flour
1/2cup, 1/4cup, 1 tbsp of water -divided into three parts.
1/4 tsp salt
Mix the dough with Thermomix.
1. Pour all ingredients into the TM bowl (except water)
2. Followed by water ( divide into three parts )
1st part - 1/2 cup
3. Close the lid, in speed 2, kneading mode
4. Continue with
2nd part - 1/4cup
1 tbsp water
Before 2 minutes.
